Tomorrow, it begins…
Here we go. The time as come. I’ve done the research, collected the gear, and prepared both body and mind for what is to be the grandest adventure I have ever undertaken. Tomorrow, I fly from Houston to Atlanta to be picked up by a good friend, after which I will fill up that bear bag with dehydrated carbs, granola bars and a whole bunch of tuna (delicious,right?) then prepare to hit the approach trail to Springer Mountain bright and early Sunday morning. ...
