Earlier today, House Committee on Natural Resources announced the passing of H.R. 502, a deal to permanently reauthorize the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). This is an important first step for this bill to become a law, as still needs to be voted on by the House of Representatives and then the Senate before the September 30th deadline.
