I have finally summited Mt Katahdin! In 2015 I was unable to make it all the way to the top due to weather and just being in pain. I chose to not put myself or rangers in danger, so I reluctantly turned around. While it hurt at the time to walk away, I know I did what was right. This time I was able to make it all the way up to the summit. It was surreal. ...
