Hello to my three readers – (Hi, Mom!)
I have something pretty exciting to announce – this late summer/early fall, I am hiking the Massachusetts portion of the Appalachian Trail! I am trying not to wish the months in between now and then away, but I am very, very anxious and excited to start this hike.
This will be the longest backpacking trip I have ever attempted and I feel like the journey will really give me a sense of whether or not I want to pursue completing a thru-hike in the future. ...
