With my vision, contacts aren’t really an option. So, I take my glasses out to hike with me. I’ve discovered they can be quite a nuisance and wanted to share some tips for overcome the frustration glasses pose on the trail.
The main problem is that they can fog. This can be brought on by rain, fog or just high humidity. Don’t bother scoffing and saying something about anti-fog sprays or what not… I’m not the only hiker with glasses who can’t get that stuff to work. ...
