LeConte Lodge: Monday June 19, 2017
Here is what we have discovered so far. I pack too much water, and I am at the BACK of the PACK. We just finished hiking up The Alum Trail. We woke up at 6:30 AM at Richard’s place in Hot Springs. We scarfed down some coffee. I took my antidepressants and anti anxiety medicine the minute I woke up, as I always do! Exercise plus medication= happy life for me! ...
