I can truly say the trail experience has blessed me beyond my imagination.
I never imagined friends going out of their way to come see me. It has restored my soul like nothing I could have dreamed about.
Friends who I haven’t seen in…25+ years taking a drive from an hour away to just show up! I am blown away.
I mean who would jump in a car, drive an hour through the curvy mountain roads on slippery wet roads to come see some stinky hiker? ...
