Greetings from a cool and wet NorCal. I’m back at the very place where I made the decision to Thru Hike the Appalachian Trail. I have the absolute joy of spending time with my 10 year old grandson Cody while my daughter and her fiancé are on their annual Birthday Adventure! Both of their birthdays fall in February so they plan an adventure each year to celebrate! This year in Europe. I had the pleasure of staying with Cody last fall when they went to Hawaii to hike the Kalalau Trail. ...
