The Rumors are True

Not everyone makes their thru hike all the way to Canada, some make it a few hundred miles, some a section, some half of the trail. Everyone's hike is their own but some fall short of their original goal and that's fine. But when they said you'd be depressed when you rejoined society, they weren't lying. Good thing I realized that early and still have PLENTY of time to escape back to the trail before 'REAL LIFE' requires my return....
